SHIPPING POLICY

Vismar Factory makes its deliveries in Spain and also internationally to the entire world.

In mainland Spain we make deliveries according to the method contracted by the customer during the purchase process. Depending on the type of products purchased, it will be sent through the Post Office or through an ordinary agency.

 

 -If the delivery is not completed due to absence, we will inform you by email.

-In case of stock out, we will contact you to resolve the incident and meet the delivery deadline.

 

In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, in addition to the European continent, both for countries in the European Union and those not members of the Union, and for the rest of the world we deliver through Certified Post Office.

 The exact SHIPPING COSTS can be consulted once the desired products have been placed in your basket, these vary depending on weight and destination:

 Shipping to the Peninsula: From €5.99 to €254.95.

 Shipping to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: From €6.99 to €299.95.

 International Shipping: From €18.99 to €2050.

 

The delivery time corresponds to the days elapsed from when the order has been completed until the customer receives it.

Delivery times, except for reasons beyond our control, in Spain PENINSULA are: 3 to 6 working days in the case of ordinary shipping and in the case of urgent deliveries 48-72 hours if there are no problems with the address provided. Balearic Islands 3-8 working days. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, 5-9 working days (may be longer if it is detained by customs).

 The delivery period in Europe depends a lot on the destination country, but from our previous experience, in Switzerland, Norway, Germany, Italy and Portugal it usually takes between 4 and 10 days maximum.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES: What is happening in this case?

 If the delivery address is not correctly completed by the customer, orders sent by Correos are automatically returned and www.vismaressence.com is NOT responsible for the time this return may take or for the cost of the second shipment. In Spain it usually takes 2 to 5 weeks to make returns and much longer in the rest of the countries, returns follow a slow process. Please check that your delivery address is as complete and accurate as possible. The last name that appears must be the same as that that appears on your doorbell/mailbox. If it is not a private address, use the "company" field to indicate the name of the store, office, or location where you wish to receive delivery.

If you choose express delivery, we PLEASE indicate the address where you will receive the order.

 

EXPIRED PACKAGES OR DELIVERIES NOT NOTIFIED BY CORREOS:

 Sometimes postmen do not leave the notice correctly, just as the customer may not know that the notice received is from Vismar Factory, which is why they may let time pass without making a claim for the package. Therefore, DO NOT let more than 8 days pass from our email shipping notification without claiming the order. Correos returns them after 15 days and many times they do not leave a warning notice. Make sure that the email you have provided us is correct, in order to receive the shipping notification without problems.

 By confirming these PURCHASE TERMS, the customer agrees to pay second shipping in cases of returns due to incomplete addresses, not completed by the customer and for shipments not claimed on time.

 Vismar Factory cannot be held responsible if it is unable to ship the requested order due to circumstances beyond its control, including DELAYS by our suppliers, fires, floods, strikes, electrical problems, etc.

RETURNS.

The articles offered on our website are of the highest quality. Rigorous controls have been followed in its manufacturing and its components and materials are the most appropriate to promote the correct development of the products. All products far exceed compliance with EN 1400 and EN 14350 standards, and many more.

Even so, if upon receiving your order you are not satisfied, you can exercise your right of withdrawal included in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users by requesting its return within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you received the order and, preferably, using the original packaging in which you received your order (if for any reason it is not possible to use the original packaging, you can still return the order without suffering any penalty, but you should know that in that case the product may suffer depreciation). The products to be returned must be in perfect condition, without their use being limited. Once it has been verified that these conditions are met, the total amount of the affected product or products will be refunded. ATTENTION! The refund will not be effective in the following cases:

When the products to be returned are not in perfect condition or their subsequent use is limited.

In the event that the return is feasible, the purchase price will be returned in full to the bank account or credit card associated with the purchase made. The credit will be made as soon as we have received the product to be returned and we have confirmed that it meets our minimum requirements. Buyers will only be responsible for the Post Office fees that it applies when returning the products.
