1. ORDER
Any order for our products can be made online through our website vismaressence.com
The order process is carried out in the following steps (it is very easy, you just have to follow the instructions that are indicated within each step):
Choose product -> Choose quantity -> Add to cart-> Buy -> Confirmation -> Payment method -> Delivery information -> Complete the purchase
Once the purchase process has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email along with the reference number that identifies your order and the summary of the purchase. Please review it and keep it as a receipt for what you are purchasing for future communication.
2. PRICE
All our prices are indicated in euros, and include VAT for sale within the European Union. The only applicable supplementary costs are shipping and wrapping paper. For special shipments we reserve the right to invoice, with your acceptance, the actual transport costs.
For orders outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, all associated fees and taxes are borne by the buyer in accordance with current legal provisions. In this shipment, the amount of the invoice in euros will be taken as the declared value for customs purposes. The amount of customs taxes varies in each country and these must be paid in cash upon receipt of the shipment. Shipments to countries outside the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra will be billed without VAT.
3. PAYMENT
Orders will be dispatched after payment is received and identified.
Credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS. To guarantee the safety of our clients, in orders over 250 euros we will request a copy of the DNI to verify the ownership of the card.

4. SHIPPING POLICY
Boutike Parafarmacia makes its deliveries in Spain and also internationally to the Whole World.
In mainland Spain we make deliveries according to the method contracted by the client during the purchase process. Depending on the type of products purchased, it will be sent through the Post Office or through an ordinary agency.
-If the delivery is not completed due to absence, we will inform you by email.
-In case of stock break, we will contact you to resolve the incident and meet the delivery deadline.
In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, in addition to the European continent, both for countries of the European Union and those not adhered to the Union, and for the rest of the world we make deliveries through Certified Post.
The exact SHIPPING COSTS can be consulted once the desired products have been entered in your basket, these vary according to weight and destination:
Shipments to the Peninsula: From € 5.99 to € 14.95.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: From € 6.99 to € 29.95.
International Shipments: From € 18.99 to € 250.
The delivery time corresponds to the days elapsed since the order preparation has been completed until the customer receives the order.
The delivery times, except for reasons beyond our control, in Spain PENINSULA are: from 3 to 6 working days in the case of ordinary shipping and in the case of urgent deliveries 48-72 hours if there are no problems with the address provided. Balearic Islands 3-8 business days. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, 5-9 business days (it may be longer if it is detained by customs).
The delivery period in Europe depends a lot on the destination country, but from our previous experience, in Switzerland, Norway, Germany, Italy and Portugal it usually takes between 4 and 10 days maximum.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES: What happens in this case?
If the delivery address is not correctly completed by the customer, the orders sent by Correos are automatically returned and www.vismaressence.com is NOT responsible for the time that this return may last and neither for the cost of the second shipment. In Spain it usually takes 2 to 5 weeks to make returns and much longer in other countries, returns follow a slow process. Please check that your delivery address is as complete and accurate as possible. The last name shown must be the same as the one on your doorbell / mailbox. If it is not a private address, use the "company" field to indicate the name of the store, office, or place where you want to receive the delivery.
In the case of choosing express delivery, we PLEASE indicate the address where the order will be received.
EXPIRED PACKAGES OR DELIVERIES NOT NOTIFIED BY POST OFFICES:
Sometimes the postmen do not leave the notice correctly, just as the customer may not know that the notice received is from Botike Parapharmacy, so they can let time pass without claiming the package. Therefore DO NOT allow more than 8 days to pass from our notification
