Shipping

  1. Order preparation: Orders for professional perfumery and cosmetics are prepared within 2 to 3 working days after purchase confirmation.
  2. Delivery time: Shipments are made by land transport, and delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 working days within the European continent. For shipments outside Europe, each case will be evaluated individually, and the customer will be informed of the specific time frames and costs.
  3. Stock availability: In the event of a stock shortage for any of the requested products, our team will contact the customer as soon as possible to notify them and offer alternative options or a corresponding refund.
  4. Delivery addresses: It is essential that customers provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, VismarEssence will not be responsible for any additional costs or the rescheduling of the shipment.

Package Inspection Upon Receipt

We kindly request our customers to check their packages within the first 24 hours after receipt to ensure everything is in perfect condition and notify our team promptly in case of any issues.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order upon receipt, you have the right to request a return in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.

  1. Conditions for return:

    • Products should preferably be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, alternative packaging may be used; however, it is important to note that the products may suffer depreciation in such cases.
    • Products must be in perfect condition, without any limitations or alterations that affect their original state.
  2. Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of the return. The package should be sent to the following address:

Important Note: Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the products are not in perfect condition.
  • If the subsequent use of the products is limited or altered.
  1. Refund: If all return conditions are met, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the bank account or credit card associated with the original purchase. This refund will be processed as soon as the returned product is received at our facilities and its condition is verified. Customers will only be responsible for the postage fees applied by the postal service for the return.
