To ensure any claim is handled correctly, all documentation must be complete and properly filled in.

Claims require an internal review process, so processing may take a reasonable amount of time. Once the information has been reviewed, we will respond as soon as possible.

Please wait for our communication before resubmitting the request, as this will allow it to be handled more quickly and efficiently.

The completed form, together with the relevant photographs, must be sent to the email address info@vismaressence.com

Documentation for purchased fragrances is provided upon request. We only send:

1. Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
2. Technical Data Sheet.

This documentation is sufficient for the corresponding registration on the European portal.

We do not provide:

1. Full IFRA certificate.
2. PIF (Product Information File).

These documents contain confidential and commercially sensitive company information. In addition, the PIF applies to the finished product, including its filling, labelling, marketing and final handling.

When the customer repackages or markets the product under their own brand:

1. They act as the responsible person for the finished product.
2. They must comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and the applicable legislation.
3. They assume legal responsibility for the marketed product.
4. We can only certify the sale of the product in the same condition in which we supply it.

Where officially required, the documentation may be provided directly to the competent authorities.

Orders enter the production queue once payment has been received correctly.

The production time for an order is 24-48 hours. Once the order leaves our warehouse, delivery takes 3-5 working days. This period may extend to up to 14 days for shipments within Europe.
