1. Identification of the owner

These General Terms and Conditions govern access to, navigation of and the purchase of products offered through the Website.

Placing an order implies full, express and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purpose of the contract

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate the contractual sales relationship between VismarEssence and the customer (hereinafter, the “Customer”), entered into through the online purchasing process available on the Website.

The contract is concluded when the Customer receives electronic confirmation of the order.

3. Purchasing procedure

Orders must be placed exclusively through the Website by following the available procedure:

Select product → Choose quantity → Add to cart → Confirm purchase → Select payment method → Enter delivery details → Complete order.

Once the purchasing process has been successfully completed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email including:

• Order reference number
• Identification of the products purchased
• Total amount paid
• Delivery address

The Customer must review this confirmation and retain it as contractual evidence.

VismarEssence reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in the event of:

• Obvious technical or typographical error
• Lack of availability
• Payment authorisation issues
• Suspected fraudulent use

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (€).

For sales within the European Union, prices include the applicable VAT.

For sales to territories with a special tax regime (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) or outside the European Union, orders are invoiced without VAT.

For international shipments:

• The Customer shall be responsible for paying any customs duties, fees or import taxes applicable in the destination country.
• The value declared for customs purposes shall be the full amount of the invoice.

Shipping costs are itemised before the order is confirmed.

VismarEssence reserves the right to modify prices without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Payment methods

The order will be shipped once payment has been confirmed.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bank transfer

For security reasons, for orders exceeding €250, VismarEssence may request documentation proving ownership of the payment method.

6. Limitation of liability

VismarEssence shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure events or circumstances beyond its control, including, among others:

• Logistical delays
• Supplier-related incidents
• Customs holds
• Strikes, fires or floods
• Technical or electrical problems

In all cases, VismarEssence's liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer.

7. Products and professional use

The products sold are intended exclusively for professional use.

The published descriptions and technical specifications are provided for guidance purposes.

The Customer assumes responsibility for:

• Repackaging
• Labelling
• Regulatory compliance in the country where the product is marketed
• Final use of the product

VismarEssence does not guarantee commercial results and accepts no responsibility for subsequent marketing carried out by the Customer.
