Can I use any essence in these lamps?

No. You can only use those made exclusively for fragrance lamps. These essences need to light in order to work. Therefore, part of its composition is made of alcohol. If we use other types of essences in these aromatherapy diffusers, they will not work.

How long can the bottles last?

A pot usually contains 245 ml of liquid. With this amount you can fill a maximum of two times the bottle and it will last for 3 or 4 hours turned on. If the lamp is off, it will not consume. This means that the use of the whole bottle could last between 8 and 10 hours if we use it correctly.

It is not necessary to have the lamp turned on during all the day, because its aroma will last a while even if it is turned off. With turning it on, at most, 1 hour:it will be enough to keep the aroma practically all day.
