Does the product include a bottle or final packaging?
No. The perfume is supplied in technical transport containers.
The customer is responsible for final packaging, labelling, and regulatory compliance for the product marketed under their brand.

What documentation do you provide and who assumes legal responsibility?
Documentation for purchased fragrances is provided upon request. We only send:
Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
Technical Data Sheet.
This documentation is sufficient for the relevant registration on the European portal.
We do not provide:
Full IFRA certificate.
PIF (Product Information File).
These documents contain confidential and sensitive company information. In addition, the PIF relates to the finished product, including packaging, labelling, marketing and final handling.
When the customer repackages or markets the product under their brand:
They act as the responsible person for the finished product.
They must comply with Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 and applicable legislation.
They assume legal responsibility for the product placed on the market.
We can only certify the sale of the product under the same conditions in which we supply it.
In the event of an official request, the documentation may be provided directly to the competent authorities.
